Your share will vary weekly, but one thing will be consistent. We strive to provide the very best, reflective of our commitment to sustainable agriculture and community support.
Ardith Mae Farmstead
From her small farm in Stuyvesant, NY, Shereen Alinaghian produces hands down the best goat cheese we’ve ever tasted from her small herd of free-range goats. The chevre sampler, Silhouette, and marinated feta are a few of our favorites.
Haema
Hannah Wong and SJ McClaughlin’s Asian inspired street food hits the mark with locally sourced ingredients and seasonal inspiration. They’re whipping up a treat or two for our boxes that is sure to delight.
With a thoughtful focus on regional food systems, using locally farm-grown ancient grains, Nora Allen’s exciting menu has transformed how we think about bread. Einkorn loaf, Olive bread, and Seeded Spelt are a few of our favorites.
The Punctilious Mr. P’s
Lush tabletop settings with a botanical twist set a delightful stage for our field-grown produce and flowers. Karen and Martin Cooper are the masters, and their place cards make seating guests a breeze.
The Quiet Botanist
With a focus on flowers, Rebecca O’Donnell has created a beautiful line of chocolates, candles, and potpourri inspired by nature and what is grown here in the Hudson Valley. We love and are inspired by it all, and are so excited to share.
Overlook Farms
Long a local favorite, Pierre Freundlich’s chickens are living their best life, loved and tended with care on his Chatham farm. The proof is in the flavor of his beautiful eggs which are sure to be your new anytime favorite.
Crescent Rye
We are so excited about pastry chef Karly Kuffler’s new venture, which will, undoubtedly, be an exciting addition to our already vibrant food scene. Debuting this summer locally and in our farm boxes are some of her new treats, both sweet and savory.
Hudson Roastery
Roasted right here in Hudson, the Hudson Roastery produces consistently excellent coffee from their corner shop, identifying the best raw material on the market and leaning in on deliciousness.
Feather Hill Flowers
Our flower-growing sister and owner of Feather Hill Flowers, Adele employs organic, sustainable practices to care for the soil on her flower farm in Chatham, NY. Adele’s high-quality fresh-cut flowers supplement our boxes early in the season before our field-grown flowers become available to harvest.
